We understand that receiving your new footwear quickly is important. Our logistics process is divided into two distinct phases to ensure accuracy:
1. Order Packaging: Once you place an order, our team requires 1 business day to prepare, pack, and hand over the item to our logistics partners.
2. Transit Time: After the item is dispatched, delivery typically takes between 2 to 3 business days to reach your doorstep.
In total, you can expect your order to arrive within a 3 to 4 business day window from the time of purchase.
**Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong. **
To provide a straightforward experience, Shoenoralis operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We do not require any online payment or credit card details at the time of checkout. You will pay the full amount of your order directly to the delivery person at your doorstep.

You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our facility. However, once the product is with our logistics partners and has been dispatched for delivery, the cancellation window closes. We provide a 30-day return policy that begins on the date of delivery. This policy is designed to address instances where the product does not meet the standards of the Sale of Goods Ordinance.

1. Pickup: We will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your location at no cost to you.
2. Inspection: Once the item returns to our warehouse, we conduct a thorough inspection within 24 hours to verify the condition and the reported issue.
3. Restocking: We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned under these conditions.

Since we operate via COD, we do not have your fiscal details. We will contact you via email to request your bank details for a transfer. Once we receive this information, we initiate the bank transfer. It usually takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your specific banking provider.
